Full refund
If we fail to deliver your eSIM, or if it was never installed on a device, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Technical problems
If your eSIM is installed but cannot connect at the destination and our support cannot solve it, we refund the unused plan.
Not refundable
Plans that have been activated and used, eSIMs installed on an incompatible or locked device, and plans that expired unused after their validity period.
How
Refunds go back to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
